The Wi-Fi signal in the room was really weak. Had to hang out in the lobby for a decent connection. The bed on wheels was uncomfortable. The breakfast room was excessively bright, which detracted from the dining experience.

The central location, and yet quiet room

Perfect location in the city center. Large room and above all very friendly staff.

The spacious room featured a large, comfortable bed and a good view of the Tower by the Cathedral. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of options including delicious cheese and pastries. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was just a short walk to the cathedral and local shops.

The parking instructions could be clearer.

Nice experience there. Clean and perfect place, excellent breakfast with plenty of options. Lovely design of interiors in double room. Very polite staff and magnificent location unable to offer the promised free-cocktail in the casino!

The central location is perfect for exploring, with the fine cathedral just a short stroll away. The staff were friendly, and my room was spacious with fresh linens.

Breakfast could use improvement.

A nice location for a trip around the central city of Murcia, with very nice tapas bars located in the back alley!

The hotel generally appeared worn down, not much of its former luxury left. The paint was peeling of the wall in the room, there was a horrible smell from the bathroom drain and the bathroom was not renovated according to the original build quality.

The hotel is excellent location, and the fact that we could explain our need in English (complimented with a few Spanish words) helped a lot. Very close to many restaurants. Excellent area for tapas. Close to shops.

The location can't be beat, just a short walk to the cathedral and local shops. My room was spacious, with a large comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Breakfast had a variety of options, but I noticed some dishes could be fresher. The staff were accommodating, particularly at the front desk, ready to assist with directions. I encountered parking issues , as the recommended layby was blocked, forcing me to use the underground car park, tricky. The absence of a coffee maker in my room was disappointing, considering the amenities. It's a nice hotel with charm but could enhance the breakfast experience and provide clearer parking instructions.

The service was excellent, the rooms were spacious modern and clean. Breakfast was included and ample choice available. The hotel was in the perfect location to explore the old town and within a stone's throw of Murcia cathedral, shops, squares and fantastic places to eat.

It was a very very good time staying at this excellent value hotel. The soft drinks in sports bar were very welcome.

The shower pressure was awesome, and the air conditioning kept our room super cool. Only downside? The bar noise made it hard to have an evening drink. Great for a short stay!
